I've just read an article on the Register website that compares and reviews the :-

BeBook
iRex iLiad Second Edition
Bookeen CyBook
Sony PRS-505 Reader

While I don't agree with everything it says, it does give a good overview of the devices, from the point of view of people that don't use EReaders.
