Suggestion: Auto-edit books

Maybe this is something that could be implemented in Edit Book: Auto Edit.

There are some things I *ALWAYS* do:
- Arrange in folders
- Beautify all files
- Mark the first file as cover, or...
- Move the file marked as cover to the top
- Mark the image in that file as cover image, if not done so already
- Smarten punctuation
- Remove unused CSS
- Remove all font-family occurrences in the entire book

Maybe it would be an idea to add an option "Auto Edit" to the preferences of Edit Book, in which all of the options are mentioned. A user would be able to check the options he would normally always apply. There could also be an option to "Dismiss normal dialogs using defaults." This setting would cause a dialog such as the one for "Arrange into Folders" to be confirmed with the defaults, as if OK was clicked. Dialogs caused by errors would obviously not disappear automatically.

In the Tools menu, there would be an option "Apply Auto Edits", which runs through the selected edits one by one.

For me, it would save a lot of time whipping books into the shape I normally want them in.
