Thanks. That seems to correspond to about the extra time I see on freebies at Google (but it could be a complete coincidence).

Kobo is always weird - they list them as free a couple of ours before they actually are (so, the search shows them as 'free book', but you click to the book and it isn't free). they must have the two pages coming off of servers in different time zones...
