I can't be sure, but I think Samsung is a bit disingeneous in their usage of the Wacom digitizer. If you look at the S-Note application (don't know if it is available on the Windows version) the lines stop about 1 cm from the bezel, making you stop Writing all the way to the edge. Wacom's problem seem to be along the right edge, because people try to write all the way until they hit the bezel. The Koreans create the vision of an edge less close to the bezel, so you don't go there.
