Just to clarify, all industry Trade Shows say "Open Only to the Trade". That is never the case. I applied and went for four years with a fictional business name called "Integrated Blue". Nobody is going to send you away. If you make up a weirdo business name you are "in the trade". It is not like it says. Tell them you are looking to find electronics, possibly to start a reseller business, if you must. Anybody that asked me early enough I would have sent a free invite (we got like 1,000). It really is no problem getting in.
