I often want to open url links embedded in a book from within the book editor, mainly to check if they're still valid. Eg recently bought something with a lots of links to BUBA, many were broken because BUBA did a big reorg on its website a couple of years ago. I regard the book as a reference book so the links are important, waiting for publisher to produce a new edition is likely to be a long wait.

Perhaps the context menu in the preview could have an Open link option.
