Save to Disk or save to Folder (where disk/folder is the Flash drive) will work.
AZW3 format works well on my K4, If you configure the Disk or Folder (drivers) when you first connect (on the device Icon: Configure this device) to have only the proper formats ticked and ordered, you should be good to go with the sneakernet.

At her end: Simply copy or move the books (or folders: the K4 does not seem to mind sub-directories) to where the existing books are found.
