I've always just been a fast reader. I've been reading ever since I can remember. I remember that in 5th grade, there was a program where you could order paperbacks, pretty cheaply, from some little newsletter type thing. I ordered several, including Sherlock Holmes. I couldn't order all I wanted, because of lack of money.

Now I read almost exclusively mysteries and science fiction. Thanks to Amazon and Baen, I don't have much trouble finding new things to read.
