I find one has to strictly monitor them to make sure you get your due with their promotions. When I didn't receive my $10 credit by last night I opened a chat and here is my conversation. (I bought a few of my qualifying titles with Whispersync.)

Me:Can you please tell me when you'll be crediting my account with what I earned during your April promotion to buy 4 books and get a $10 credit? I understand the credit was to be applied 5/5.
Jermaine:Thanks for contacting Audible, my name is Jermaine and I would be glad to help you with your inquiry.
I would be more than willing to check on this for you.
Upon further review of your Audible.com account, I am seeing where you ordered six titles in the month of April but only one title had the regular price of $14.95 and that was Sylvester. To be eligible for this promotion you would have to had ordered four titles with the regular price of $14.95.
As a one time exception, I will go ahead and issue a $10 coupon to your account so this can be used towards the purchase of an audiobook.
Me:I appreciate your giving the the credit, thank you. However, I have a question. The promotion clearly stated that the audiobooks had to have a "regular price" of more than $14.95. This is the case for each of the titles I purchased.
Jermaine:The way how it works is if you order titles for a discounted price different from the 30% off which comes with your membership, the price that is given would be the regular price.
It seems you got some of the titles with promotions given.

Does that last statement make any sense? It doesn't to me! Anyway, I am sure I received my credit for previous "buy 4, get $10" promotions without dissent from Audible, using a few Whispersync titles in order to qualify.
