Mostly ebook, but I will read paper books too. I still check plenty of dtbs out of the library, for example, and I still (rarely) buy books in hardcopy if the ebook is too expensive or unavailable when I want it.
I often end up reading dtbs during a plane flight. I start them during that part of the flight you have to have the devices off, and usually that sucks me in for a significant part of the flight
