All prose books on e-reader only - I strongly prefer the experience of reading on a kindle over holding a paper book. If a book I want isn't available as an ebook - even if I really want it - I wait.

I read my first ebook in 1999 or 2000 on a palm pilot, and ordered my first e-reader, a Sony, from J&Rs in New York, a year before you could get them in Canada. I am slowly replacing my favourites with e-versions, so I'm hoping I never have to go back to paper.

I still buy related art books, but looking at art is a totally different kind of experience. You can look at a painting for ages without turning a page. It isn't really reading.
