Well based on the info found online it will have touchscreen and the video below (thanks Charbax!) shows that it responds to touch:

So it looks like it's both finger and stylus compatible.
As for the speed of Android of M96 - we'll have to just wait and see. In the above video T68 seems pretty responsive to me so I wouldn't expect less from M96. The possibility for e-ink optimized apps was mentioned as well.
For me M96 is still looking good
