I read more now that I work at home than when I had to regularly commute to work and back. I can't read on the bus, so there would never have been any reading done while travelling anyway. And thanks to not having to spend two hours a day on just getting somewhere and then back again, I have more time and energy left by the end of the day to sit and read.

Fortunately I take the light rail system here, although I can read on the bus too on the rare occasion I have to take that. If I couldn't read while riding (I used to get motion sickness but got over it) I would probably look for a different job. I would HATE the commute I have if not for reading.
