The only option I had to open the config file was wordpad. That gave me the text in wraparound format so when I added the line I must have missed something, a gap, dash, comma, whatever, I have no idea.

I managed to insert it correctly first time so no idea why I went wrong this time. Anyway luckily I copied the updated config file from before so just replaced the new one with the copy. Suddenly the new setting was there.
