Yes it certainly has. I just have to stop and think when I make an insertion...time to save! But I haven't had it recur. I am working on the 2-3 meg version, since I can't upload the 48 meg monstrosity and it will take forever to process in my PRS-300.
I will try to be a little more alert as to just what the sequence is. It has always happened after hour or more editing sessions, so I think it is somehow memory related, on the order of some memory area not purged and so it gets added to and added to until boom! it overwrites program memory.
I will turn on EMT4.1 to monitor calibre and see whether it does anything interesting!
