Unfortunately, I'm currently at $213.27, so I'm $13.27 over budget at the moment.
And that means I'm going to resist this month's Phoenix Pick offer. I've just finished the freebie, and it's OK, but showing its age a little. And also, in this kind of series, most of the world-building happens in the first book. The rest are soap-opera. Which is fine in itself - I read Grantville Gazette, after all - but I don't need to buy them, since I have read them before, if some years ago.
