Initially I did both, but I switched exclusively. I find paper books to just be too heavy/obnoxious to deal with. Especially since getting a lighted ereader, I just can't imagine reading any other way.
Though I may break this rule because I found the entire Little House set at the thrift store and grabbed it for my daughter. These aren't available (legally) as ebooks in the US and I have actively been missing them. (We had a couple of "snowstorms" and reading The Long Winter when getting snowed in is a childhood habit and I really craved it.)

I do read paper/board books to my kids, but to me that falls under work/study.
