Hitch, not that I have any inside knowledge, but Donald Sterling is the owner of a basketball team, and to do that he had to sign up to a contract that includes the stipulation that he not damage the sport. Which he did. Big time. I assume that same contract stipulates the way punshment will be handled.
But, wealthy idiots flogging each other isn't something I worry about.
