Optimal thumbnail size
Leaving it here for reference.
Most optimal size for cover thumbnail (/system/thumbnails) is:

217x330

Thumbnail with this size will have almost the same size as the cover of collection. There is 1px difference in height probably caused by rounding as my every try produced cover 1px to big/small.
