I was able to travel to India to get the 2 books. Had to get my credit card company to let me continue the second transaction, but that was fine. I tried to use soem codes in the UK, but I can't figure out if the codes aren't working or if the books I selected aren't eligible. Guess I will have to wait until the next contest. sigh.

thanks SO MUCH for the tip on India. I finally was able to travel and save!
