Wow. Makes me glad I was never a "high profile" librarian. But when I see the things some authors argue with librarians about in the Librarian's group, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they do this as well.
(And I see the "no server" error has been replaced with an internal server error - perhaps this means the site is almost back up. I never realize how often I check GR until it goes down and I can't.
