It depends on the site. Usually there is some sort of "ref=" thing at the end.

ie: amazonDOTcom/Flat-Stanleys-Worldwide-Adventures-Rushmore-ebook/dp/B0026772MO/?_bbid=11229&tag=bookbubemailc-20
You just delete the red and bold and you get a clean link.

Usually for kobo and B&N I don't bother with that because it's actually easier to search for the book name manually.
