Structure of some ePub different in Windows or in Macintosh

Hello,

I recently had a problem with some eBooks that I can't open on my PocketBook Touch Lux using CoolReader.

After long inquiries, with the help of a friend, we noticed that the structure of these eBooks appears to be different in the Calibre Book Editor according to whether we are under Windows or under Mac OS.

With Windows, all the .html files are in the "text files" section

With Mac OS, all the html files are in another section

I would like to know the reason of this different behavior which prevent all Search and replace action to be done when "all text files "option is checked on.

Attachment : the ePub file, whose structure appeared to be different whether we are on Windows or Mac OS. I know that this ePub is badly built. That's why we wished to make strong changes using Regex rules, that can't be applied on Mac OS, due to the different way the structure appeared.
