The thing is .... HSB is sort of a strange little town. I would hazard a guess that more than half of the home here are second (or third or fourth) homes of millionaires or billionaires. Most of the actual land in the (so called) "city" limits is taken up by golf courses, horse pastures, the landing strip, and marinas.
So you've got this patch of lakefront property that is jam-packed with recreational goodies and people with way too much money .... bounded by several towns where regular working people live (and provide services to HSB ... which has little or no services of its own).
It borders on the weird sometimes.
