surely there are evangelistic folks who will happily GIVE you a bible in any format you like - from stone tablets upwards
and as the author(s) are either 75+ years dead, or immortal, ( depending on your religious views) the concept of author copyright is N/A ??
so why the need to convert one ?
as for dictionaries - every reader I've ever owned ( & I've had 3 different makes already) came with a handful of dictionaries built-in or free to download
