Georgia has "lower case" numerals. They look okay when they appear in the middle of a sentence such as "I am 23 years old." But they look horrible when they appear where you would expect upper case such as "CHAPTER 23".

Edit: Does anyone know of a font the same as Georgia but without these numerals?
