Could not agree more! This is the primary reason I will not purchase a reader from them. I just want the darn thing to work and hate to say it but right now that means a Kindle. But I like others don't want to see the Kindle be the only option or the only viable option out there. But it is not Amazons fault that the competition is stumbling across the board.
