That says you haven't configured the driver. You need to open the KoboTouch driver configuration and at least set the shelf name field. This needs to have the name of the column that is to be used to create the shelves/collections. It can have more than one column name if they are separated by commas.

And to uninstall the Kobo desktop, the log says you are using Windows. Uninstall it from the Control Panel as you would any Windows application.
