I'd buy an 'Aura HD+' like that in a heartbeat (assuming the DPI stays roughly the same, so at least 1600x1200)

There are rumors of an Onyx Boox 'i86' coming that's supposed to be exactly that (8" 1600x1200, although perhaps not Carta tech). I'll probably get one if it materializes.
