A cursory peek at koreader on github shows an evernote plugin to export notes/highlights at the moment (and an evernote SDK, so who knows what the future will bring). Whereas, Pocket on kobo is for pulling pocketed online articles onto the device for a nice paginated e-ink experience.
I don't utilize any hilight or notes features on my ereader, so the evernote plugin wouldn't be of any use to me (if that is all it does) -- however, I use Pocket on kobo all the time.
