Kindle has all of these things. The dictionary often has links to other words inside the dictionary, if that is the kind of thing you mean.

Kindle has full text search. It doesn't allow the use of wild cards, but any word you list in the search box will be searched for, and if you put more than one word, all words will be searched for.

Wikipedia support is standard on Kindle.
