Use a Creative Commons copyright, which would allow copying and sharing but forbid commercial redistribution without the rights-holder's consent. Obviously you should make clear it is your repackaging of the text that you are laying claim to, not the text itself. The NonCommercial form of the license will prevent people from selling their derivative work based on your effort as well as prevent them from selling yours directly. But all of them will require attribution which is the main thing.
Perhaps this (CC licensing of cleaned-up works) should be adopted as an official MR recommendation for library uploads? Without this we are practically asking for this sort of stuff to happen...
