1) Those people play publisher and offer the books at Kobo and other websites.
2) Castrovilli Giuseppe (castrov) is not the only one, but a very blatant example, not least because he demands premium prices, probably expecting customers looking for quality to prefer his ripoffs over those of others. But ... he hurried here to apologise after someone posted a link to this thread on his Facebook profile.
3) It's very easy to get a sample at Kobo and see that the formatting (including some telling decorative elements) is identical. And Castrovilli's readiness to apologize and delete all books mentioned here from Kobo is telling enough, innit? (I can only recommend other uploaders to go through his offers on Kobo. There's a lot of stuff that I'm pretty sure is from here.)
4) I think this thread is right where it belongs so MR uploaders can always advertise those great opportunities.
