Thanks for the answer. Do you intend on adding support for aside?

During my developing short period passion I created a Javascript file to show asides as they are shown in iBooks 3. Though, when I was reading some material online I found out that the EPUB specs barely even mentions embedding javascript files and that's why I stopped about 2/3 of the way.

So, if that might be helpful for you I can finish that work...
