I love all of William Gibson's books. I understand how you felt about the end of Neuromancer, but I'd still recommend Mona Lisa Overdrive and Pattern Recognition.

Although not really cyberpunk, China Meiville's early books have a real cyberpunk feel, particularly Perdido Street Station and The Scar.
