So use the "un-install" (if the add-on has one) and then just "install" again the add-on you think you have broke.

Thank you knc1! There was no uninstall option on those applications that I coud use, so I just have deleted the application folders. Unfortunately therere were in there also some Linux files with other downloaded applications that did not work, that I have also deleted: e.g. dos2unix or p7zip.
So on the first question, please let me rephrase: how can I rebuild the Extension folder if on purpose deleting? I do not exclude deleting all the applications installed, which are not so many anyway.

EDIT: But I think that there were some file of folder put there by default when creating "Extensions". Was that Kual's contribution?
