Had our first snow around Montreal but it melted on contact. It's Vermont that had trouble with that storm, they had something like 16 inches.
Weather never really bothers me. I get in the shop when it's dark and I get out when it's dark and there are no windows to peek out of. As long as there is'nt too much stuff on the road I don't mind anymore. All I want is to get back home to put my feet up next to the pellet stove and enjoy something relaxing.
