Well, I have the advantage of having the devices, and the thousands of user-clients who can't make them work, immediately to hand. ;-) It gives me an intimate view of the issues. I'll never forget the first time we nearly pulled out HAIR out with a client, who
couldn't see her font in her PPW, and at first, (we didn't have one yet, they'd just come out and weren't even on the Previewer yet), thought we weren't embedding the font. Drove us bats.
THEN, when ours finally arrived, about...4 days later, I think it was? Lo, the light dawned. Thus, I'm really familiar with this unique-to-the-PPW problem.
