Why in the world wouldn't you? Those are the employees whose skills are most in demand. If you want to be assured of retaining employees, that is simple enough, just hire people who couldn't get jobs anywhere else. If an employer is going to fire people who look for new jobs, why would employees want to wok for that employer?
