Weird debricking/screen replacement issues...

It's been a while since I've posted here :P

But anyways, I've got a friend with a K4B, and they broke the screen on it. I offered to replace it, which I've now done. After I got the replacement screen/midboard in there and replaced everything else as well, the kindle rebooted, and showed a "Your Kindle Needs Repair" screen, so I grabbed a copy of Kubrick (excellent program, btw) and went to unbrick. The whole unbricking process went fine, no errors came up, it even booted into diags, but whenever I try to boot to main, I can't get past the "Your Kindle Needs Repair" screen. I did select the option to overwrite the rootfs and the user partition in Kubrick, if that helps.

Oh! one more thing: the screen replacement I ordered was from a K4S, would that cause any problems?

Would love any advice/help that could be offered!
