The simple answer is no. There's no need for the actual filename to be user-friendly in iTunes. When you're looking at the files in Marvin or calibre you will always see the actual title, not the uuid filename as shown in your screenshot. The only time you will see those uuid filenames is when you're browsing Marvin's Documents folder, either with iTunes or a utility like iFunbox.

The reason for that design decision is that there is no ambiguity about a book's origin when sending from calibre to Marvin. If you send a book to Marvin, it will replace any other book of the same filename. By using the uuid, I know that the only book that can possibly be replaced in Marvin is the the same book previously sent from calibre.
