I have DSM4.3 on a DS213. I have already installed COPS as described in the FAQ, and it works with the two libraries. I wanted to try the package, for ease of update.

I have discovered today that I have two folders with config_local.php. One was under /volume1/@appstore/cops/share/cops/, the other in /volume1/web/cops/; I was modifying the first (and the "wrong" one)

My problems started because I went looking for the config_local.php file and found the wrong one. Just including in the FAQ that the file will be in the /volume1/web/cops folder (or something the the same lines), would help others to avoid the same mistake
