Questionable behavior?

In the TOC Editor the up/down arrows don't move the entries up/down; instead, they change the heading level of the entry just like the two horizontal arrows.

Also in the TOC Editor, a re-generation of the TOC adds the new entries to the previous list instead of replacing it.

Thanks so much for the Book Editor. Still true to the driver -- excellence only.
