This is all beyond my capabilities I think. And since the original file has no go to menu, I am not even sure the plugins can find whats what. There are no chapters listed at all. Only thing there is is a list of the books in the beginning with a link to them. So I had to go and make a bookmark at the beginning of each book.
Its going to be really weird having to read a book that starts with location 23574. The last book starts at 32178. I'll have to do math while reading. Shudders  |
Edit Book is Calibre's built in HTML editing tool. It's super easy to use, especially if all you are doing is removing sections. But I get that it can feel overwhelming.
If you decide you want to learn, just give a shout. Though I read a book (or five
) on HTML, just about everything I know about ebooks I owe to MobileRead. We're pretty good about helping each other out.
