A Free Kindle Rhubarb Cookbook

This book has 414 pages (estimated)! I can't imagine there being enough recipes using rhubarb to fill that many pages! In fact, the only thing that I've ever heard of using Rhubarb is Rhubarb pie. I had a bit of that many years ago (I remember it being pretty tart).
