I think it's because I was on my phone which is easier for me right now as I have a broken finger. am on the laptop posting this, almost back to hunt and peck days but not quite. very frustrating

I've had full blown TMJ for years. one thing that helps is to put a knuckle in-between my jaws ans bite down. that kind of helps realign everything for awhile at least.
