Well, that went well. Just bought a Kobo book with a 75% code and there's no download button. It's a Crossway book, so can't figure why they don't have an EPUB to go with it. Just updating to say I got through with Kobo. After a number of emails back and forth, they applied store credit to my account for the book I couldn't download, and gave me a 70% code. Good outcome
