Thanks so much for the info Jimmie!!!! That's a big deal, and news that's almost too good to be true! (I could kick myself for getting my Verizon Treo 650 in such a rush before checking out the data plans.) I'd switch to a Sprint 650 right now, except that the 700p is due soon, hopefully on Sprint immediately also.
And it's a BIG deal also because a UMPC Samsung Q1 plus Treo seems like a perfect combo (like
http://palmaddict.typepad.com/palmad...770_treo_.html), especially with that extended battery and the case that includes a keyboard. Seems to make for a dream setup, with bluetooth internet connection via the Treo. If it all checks out, I may just move to that this year, and not even wait for the second generation UMPC devices. With the Q1, I may even use the tablet functionality at work instead of carrying around a notepad if the battery life doesn't pursuade me against the idea.
