Is there some way I can get the Kindle for PC to download the file with a proper name so it is easier to find it to load it into Calibre?

In a perfect world there would be a plugin that would interact with manage my kindle and i could check for new books directly from Calibre and download them directly to Calibre. Sadly the world is not perfect.
