IN that case, I don't know what is happening, and I need to see a debug log. To do this:
- Start calibre without the device connected.
- Right click on the Preferences button and select "Restart in debug mode"
- Calibre will close and restart.
- A message about being in debug mode and the log will be displayed. Dismiss this.
- Connect your Touch and wait for calibre to finish the jobs to fetch the book details.
- Run the "Order series shelf" function.
- Close calibre.
When calibre has closed, it will display the debug log. I need that. Post it here, or put it somewhere that I can download it. Or, i can give you an email address to send it to. When I have it, I can try and see what is going wrong.
